Helping businesses succeed through custom marketing solutions.
We are a fun, innovative firm that believes in freedom and creativity when working with clients. No two clients are the same, just like no two employees are the same. We make the work atmosphere open, honest and enjoyable for both our employees and clients.
We aim to provide large agency results with the personal relationships and care of a smaller agency.
We strive to be active members in the central Indiana community by giving back and participating in various local events.
CEO / Digital Director (aka #MediaMaster)
Riley graduated with a degree in public relations from Franklin College in 2015. After graduation, he still had no idea what to do with his life, so he spent a few months in his favorite spot in the U.S.: northern Minnesota. After a few months, he started working in public affairs for state government where he put his communications background to full use. He eventually gravitated to focusing solely on managing all things social and digital media for the agency, which is when his passion for social media management was sparked. While he brings the full communications expertise to the work he does for clients, he mostly enjoys the ever-changing world of social media. In his free time, Riley is an avid pickleball player (maybe one day he'll be a pro?). He also enjoys reading, playing video games and working out (to stay in shape for pickleball mostly).
Since completing her degree in visual communication design from the University of Evansville, Creative Director Kaylee has used that knowledge to form an elaborate plan to take over the universe. Kidding, kidding! In reality, she has spent the past 10 years helping small business start-ups grow from the ground up, designed in both the news and advertising industries, and honed her skills to become a print design specialist. On top of her design abilities, she also has years of experience in management, as an associate design editor and as a marketing director - which means she sees the big picture for each project, but also pays attention to every minute detail. Outside the office, Kaylee is an amateur gardener (and by amateur, we mean terrible…) who loves to sing karaoke (again, terribly) and rewatch movies she’s already seen. She coaches Jr. High cheerleading and is not a morning person but is actively working on that.
Hannah Carpenter graduated from Ball State University in 2017 with a Degree in Professional Meteorology with a minor in Emergency Management and Homeland Security. In her professional career, she has worked in emergency management and as a meteorologist for both state and federal government agencies. In addition to those duties, Hannah also handled social media duties for one agency, and found a passion for it. She is now an Account Manager with Harden Digital, focusing on social media management for our clients. When not working, Hannah enjoys playing pickleball, photography and mushing.
Harden Digital & Design brings a diverse set of skills to all the work we do for clients. We always try to look at the bigger picture, beyond just “social media” or “graphic design.” While we offer services specifically related to social media, graphic design and website development, we aren’t afraid to provide feedback on how a specific project or post may impact an organization’s overall marketing efforts.
At the end of the day, all we want to see is other businesses succeed, and we will do whatever we can to make that a reality.
