Our custom event promotion package is perfect for conferences, trade shows, corporate events, fundraisers and more. Start with our base package to include the core graphics and content you’ll need to promote your event effectively. If you need more than the base package, we offer several ad-ons and can customize your package for maximum impact.
Timeline:
You can start promoting your event as far in advance as you’d like, however, we require two weeks to produce your materials. Understand that these materials take time to produce, so if possible, please don’t wait until the last minute to reach out.
We always recommend starting the process with us at least six weeks prior to your event so you have enough time to effectively promote it.
If you find yourself behind schedule and would still like our services, we can put together a “rush” package for an additional fee.
Note that graphic files are sent as pdfs and we do not print materials in-house. Please keep this in mind when you are considering your timeline for promoting.
